Are ya'll serious? It's a joke derrived from the torture we recieved during the holocaust where jews were bernt to death in ovens by the hundreds and their 'ashes' were left behind. Ie. the joke, "how do you fit 100 jews in a Volkswagon Bug?... Put 2 in the front, two in the back, and 94 in the ash tray. Whomever you first heard about that connection from is most likely a racist nazi.
