I have a .rar file.
after extracting, so I already use winrar,
only other .rar files can be found, in different directories and some other files. There are no .iso or .bin or .cue files. How do I start this program?

search in that folder for any .exe file or the programme u looking for. That will list the specified thing and u can do whatever u want.
but before that scan the folder with anti-virus

Open Win rar click "options" then go to settings then click integration tab and slect .iso .bin or anything you want to and then click ok
And if you don't find some file types then use other software like Power Archivier it it supports almost any file including .rar .iso .bin .cue

Use WinZip to open .iso, .bin or .cue files
Use WinRar only for .rar files

.iso files are the image files...u will need demon tools to load that imgae file.
.bin are usually ninay library files
.cue is also I THINK related to image file...
Try to load that .iso file through demon tools...it should start ur software
