I'm sleepy.. or I'm feeling sleepy.
In the Hindi version, 'neend' is a noun, like 'sleepiness'.
so, mujhe (pronoun), neend (noun), aarahi hai (verb).
In the English version, 'sleepy' is an adverb to the verb 'to feel'.
I'm (pronoun), feeling (verb), sleepy (adverb!)
Hope that helped!

The first person who answered this is right. That's literal translation. What the person actually means to say is, "I am feeling sleepy".
