Suggestions on what? Being short. I am not sure what being tenth means, but if I were I would have the answer.

Put him on the rack for a good stretching....or learn to live with what mother nature dealt him....

tell him to keep waiting in line. just because he's short doesn't mean he should get to skip to he front.
