I imagine Ebay would work. I got a little carrier for my puppy on ebay for 1/5th of what i would have paid otherwise. but i would suggest puppyinstyle.com
I found it because i was looking for a wizdog that wouldn't cost me $40 cause that's rediculous for what it was (two peices of molded plastic), they have one on there for half that price.
Also if you join dog channel.com, they have magazine subscription
