That is a hard question, because there are so many!
For me one of the happiest moments was when I married my husband, found out we were pregnant (each time!) and gave birth to our four children.
When I am truly proud of our children, when we spend time together and when my husband and I get out and about and have time to re connect, those are all the happiest moments as well.
My happiest moments are with family or because of family!

The happiest moment of my life is when I wake up in the morning and look over and see the beautiful lady who has been my wife for 45 years lying alongside of me. I love her every morning just a little bit more than I did the previous morning.

there is no defanation for happyness it is ones feeling for sadist feel happyness when he makes other feel bad or some one plead at he/she refuses
happyness is a state of mind which can be translated with every minute detail for some it is the time when they release the pressure after a long wait to urinate and for some when they see the desired person/thing from a distance
aged persons and young ones feel happy when they are pamperd they may pretent not to but sure they feel happy for they realise that some one likes them,
poor feel happy when they are able to get that days meal comfortably
rich feel happy if they get eyes full of tension free sleep
the list goes happyness can be a matter of detail
happyness is state of mind

For me, seeing my first child being born and being a father for the first time and each time after that... or seeing my children enjoying a toy I bought them -- all family related. When I qualified or gradutated from university was not happines... that was relief. Real happiness is all to do with the family.

The present one. and then the next one.
Every moment that I take a breath is the happiest one.
Because I choose it to be.
Life is what you make it.
(i live with chronic pain, and illness ... I value every moment)
