Video camera captured AVI format,first of first convert avi format to DAT or mpeg or wmp format using by video converted tools or if you are using Nero burning it is automatically encode your captured video then write your captured video to CD. ENJOY

you need a usb tv tuner device which can record and play your recordings from the video camera.
the package should come with the software for recording into your computer and writing to your vcd - ask the shop person first though.

Choose that you want to create Video CD within your burning software Nero, Easy CD Creator or any other. Then pop in a blank CD-R and burn it onto it.
