I like Chloe in Adams Morgan. You can take the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan metro and walk across the bridge, or just take a cab. Parking is difficult, you'd have to pay or search for a long time. There's also a "secret" parking garage that the locals know, on Calvert and Connecticut, but it closes early. Felix is also cool but expensive and small, although the Spy Club is good. Then there's the 18th Street Lounge on Connecticut if it's still there: it's not marked, but it's on the west side of the street just above M or N.
