They say replace two meals a day with Special K cereal for 2 weeks and you lose 10 pounds. I don't know if I can eat that much cereal without getting bored.

howdy, nicely i'm doing the narrow-quick eating routine, the following is what i do... 10:00 am: a million cup particular ok cereal, 2/3 cup skim milk, a million cup strawberries 12:00 pm: narrow quick snack bar 2:00 pm: a million cup particular ok cereal, 2/3 cup skim milk, a million cup strawberries 4:00 pm: narrow quick snack bar... 6:00 pm: lean delicacies dinner , salad with 2 tbsp of light dressng... 10:00 pm: a million/2 cup strawberries and a million bannana... exercising: 20 minutes an afternoon outdoors strolling! in case you do precisely this i guarentee you is in simple terms not hungry it shall fill you up......
