I am a twin. I remember when I was four and someone explained what twins were and I thought, "I want to be a twin, that sounds great" and they said, "That's what you are, that's a twin." It really is very cool and my sister and I are very close, and I'm happy with that. There is an organization for twins who have lost a twin: www.twinlesstwins.org. You should check it out. A friend who lost a twin sister said it has been a lot of help. It is great being a twin, and I'm sorry you lost your twin. The only bad thing about being a twin is that I have never had the chance the celebrate my own birthday all to myself, but that's a small price to pay.

i m not but my friend is. she likes having a twin brother, but sometimes she gets freaked out for being compared to him always. but it was really amazing for him to stand up for his sister when a teacher was scolding her for forgetting her note book. i guess it is a nice feeling, because i have two friends who have their twins, and they tell me abt their fights and moments of happiness.
