Jesus represents the human self we "put on" when we became afraid in the Garden (a symbol of our perfect state of being); we fell into sleep, but nowhere does it say we woke up.

The Christ is our true Self (not a representation, but the actual Self); that is why it doesn't make sense that Jesus seems the only one who is truly loved, while the rest of us must do something, or make a choice (which is hardly a real choice), before God will include us in His exclusive club.

The whole concept is twisted; was redone to suit the kings and the clergy in the old days, in order to control the masses.

Jesus was conceived without sin. He was given to a virgin mother so he could always be without sin. We are all conceived in sin, so we are born to sin. Through Jesus' suffering, we are all made worthy of the father. He was the only perfect human, God in Human form. So he was the father and the son. Special in the fact that he died so our sins could be forgiven. The ultimate sacrifice for the human race.

Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, HE also is God in the flesh. Christians are adopted children of God, not true children, but adopted.
Everyone who has not given themselves over to Jesus is not a child of God but rather of Satan.

Because what He did allowed us to be children. We are now Jesus brothers and sisters, joint heirs to the throne.

Before he rose from the dead, that option was not available. It was all based on your actions.

Hope I made some sense....may G-d Bless you, brother

I never understood why Christians believe Jesus is divine. The gospels never say it.

Christians can call each other brothers in god, and they do believe that they are children of god, so why do they insist that when son of god is used when referring to Jesus, that he is divine? I don't get it either.

What makes Jesus so special is that he was sent here for a sole(soul!) purpose and that was to deliver us from eternal hell

We are beneath His feet and He will judge us

Jesus was no different than any of us. He was a man. I am a woman. We are the same in G-d's eyes.
