Yes, the Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef hotdog is (in my opinion) the heathiest with only 50 calories and 1.5 grams of fat per dog. Weight Watchers assigns only 1 point to this hotdog. Plus, it's all one meat and kosher!

i don't know if it's the healthiest but i like hebrew national b/c they are kosher. (and they taste really good too!)
