ive heard of it, but what exactly is the special k diet?(god! i feel kinda sttupid for asking, but at least i'll find out by asking)... : ) ....?

its a cereal. your suppose to replace 1 or 2 meals for a bowl of special k cereal and its claims you love 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks.

Special K is a cereal. A special K diet is advertised on the back of Special K cereal boxes. What you do is you replace 2 meals with 2 servings of Special K cereal and fruit and eat a normal dinner. However this diet does not give you all the nutrients you need. Special K cereal is also high in sodium and pricey (as all cereal is) I would not reccomend it, the Special K manufactures just want to sell more cereal.
The only reason this diet works is because the cereal has less cals than most people eat, but you can easily do that with a good balanced meal.

Eating only a bowl of special K for breakfast and for lunch than eating a sensible dinner. I tried it, it just makes you feel like you're hungry all the time. Not worth it nor healthy!!
