Having too much of any vitamins could cause side effects. For example too much vitamin C causes you to have diarrhea. If you don't feel sick or anything, then don't worry about it.

Vitamin B12 has a very low potential for toxicity and so the reading that you have just states that you keep alot of your B12 in your system. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If it is the opposite, then you will need to add it to your diet.

I even have extreme tiers of B12, for the previous 3-4 years. My indicators are the comparable fatigue, fogginess, hair and nail, and extreme tiers of acid around the esophagus area. I additionally had a colon surgical treatment approximately 3 years in the past (for diverticulitis). seems that's whilst the B12 issue began. My scientific expert can not clarify why that's occurring. anyone have solutions?

I really dont think so.
There are cases of what is known as "b12 deficiency" and also some people who may be allergic to the compounds in it.
But generally, i dont think having too much of a vitamin is bad for ya.

I think that b-12 and folic acid are taken up by the same carriers. Having too much of one may disrupt uptake fo the other. That's what I've read, but I think there is a limit to how much B-12 you can absorb at once.

I've read that your body does not store B vitamins and needs them replenished daily. So I would assume if there were any side effects due to the high levels it would be short lived.
