I'm looking for people that believe they have had a NON drug induced spiritual out of body experience. This could be a dream, a lucid state of being. Really anything that doesn't involve the use of drugs unless the drugs were taken to induce this state initially. Please be as detailed as possible and explain techniques you use to induce this state.

I had one years ago. No drugs or alchohol usage was involved. It scared the heck out of me because I was not sure that I could get back to my body. I never tried it again.
