Mean, cruel, inhumane, sick, that is just a few of the thoughts that ran through my mind when I read your question. I hope that if you know someone who does this you would call the police and animal control & protection in your area, and if you are involved I hope someone calls on you!!!! The very idea that a person could do this to a defenseless animal is beyond anything that could be called mean. As one other poster said most all of the serial killers you read about have a history of this type thing from their youth. I truly hope that this is a joke question. One can only pray. We feed all the cats in our neighborhood, homeless or not. All are welcome. Even the birds, squirrils, possoms, and whatever else happens into our backyard. I even put scraps over the fence for the neihgborhood dogs.

it is a criminal offense, it is cruel, it is torture and anybody that is that sick or that perverted should have firecrackers stuck up their *** and see how they like it. That is one sick person and one of the signs of growing up to have some serious mental, sexual, and criminal problems. almost every mass murderer ever caught tortured helpless animals as a child. you should get away from that person but first call the humane society and the police on him right away.
