My account was suspended after I gave some quotes from Roman Catholic high ranking priests, how they say that the RCC is above the church, and That the pope was higher that Jesus. Do you think they did not like it, and suspended my account, or do you think here is a hidden agenda taking place in this world.
Here is an example:
"The Pope is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, he is Jesus Christ himself, hidden under the veil of flesh." Catholic National July 1895.

Please note, I'm not saying this, it comes straight from the horses mouth, CATHOLIC NATIONAL 1895. I just want answers

Thank you

Firt of all, the RCC is not above itself. She IS THE CHURCH.

Second, to accuse Catholics of making the Pope higher than Jesus is plain hate speech and bigotry on your part, or on the part of the bigot who wrote that.

Here is a quote for you:

"Martin Luther King is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, he is Jesus Christ himself, hidden under the veil of flesh."

Billy Graham is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, he is Jesus Christ himself, hidden under the veil of flesh."

Are you getting any of this? No? OK. Try this:

(Your name here) is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, he is Jesus Christ himself, hidden under the veil of flesh."

Are we not all called to be representatives of Christ? Are you not Jesus yourself, hidden under a viel of flesh? Protestants are constantly harping about how they are "covered" so God can only see Jesus, but Catholics are somehow wrong when we give titles to our leader that you give to everyone else?

It's quite a stretch for a hate cult to have to scratch the very bottom to quote some obscure newspaper over 100 years old. And Catholics don't take teachings from newspapers.

You hate the Church and the Pope but have never read anything said or taught, just the quotes from hate cultist bigots. If you have anything to prove against the Pope and the Church, start with the Pope's first official teaching from the Chair of Peter, and see what evil you can find in it.

Wow! what a concept! Jesus is veiled as the Pope. Hm. I guess that's what happens after an entire life-time of Holy Communion. I wish we were all veiled like that. We could probably make the world spin any way we want it to....nah, just kidding. More likely: We could probably heal the sick with a simple caress, and feed the hungry with a slice of bread and a piece of salami. Or wait, how about right the wrongs and clothe the naked? How could anyone be offended by that?

If they are saying that they being the Rcc are infact Jesus christ himself, then are they saying that they are God, being that they believe in the unscriptual doctrine of the Trinity? which they themselves say and I quote " “the conception of a triune God is a mystery which cannot be solved by human reason. In Contrast the apostle paul says “Look out: perhaps there may be someone who will carry you off as his prey through the philosophy [Greek, phi·lo·so·phi´as] and empty deception according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary things of the world and not according to Christ.”—Galatians 1:7-9; Colossians 2:8; 1 Corinthians 1:22, 23.

The pope is also supposed to be infallible, then why was it that at a counsel held with muslim leaders the pope" apologised" if you are infallible then you dont make mistakes do you?

You have seen this "Catholic National" yourself, or you have just read the Seventh Day Adventist propaganda claiming this quote? There is no such publication as "Catholic National". Check the Library of Congress, and stop spreading falsehoods.

Elvis was bigger than Jesus, The Beatles were bigger than Jesus, Marilyn Manson are bigger than Jesus, The Spice Girls were bigger than Jesus.

Your account was probabily suspended cause all of the religious nutts you offended who made complaints or 'abuse reports'

It's a shame that free speech only goes one way in the Western world. The 'Jesus' way or the Highway...

I'm on the highway to hell....

Perhaps your question, like this question, was not actually a question.

Remember that Yahoo Answers is just that -- answers. If your posting did not seek an answer, and was offensive, that's valid grounds for at least a warning.

The Pope is not Jesus. He is a person God uses for ministry.
