No. Because I don't follow the bible. Also, I don't think christians or others who follow the bible would hit a jew because a "lost" part of the bible was found. it's not in the bible today therefore it doesn't exist to them and etc etc etc. The only way the "lost" bit would be used was if someone were trying to justify the garbage they are doing to other people.

From true Christians, the answer would have to be----No I would not, and the clear answer is because--it would be in direct conflict with all of the rest of scripture. My most respected men of the Bible include men like Moses, Abraham, I could no more hit a Jew, than strike Moses or Abraham. It would be foolish not to admit that if you are a true Christian, your roots come from the Jews.

No, I'd turn the other cheek. Or maybe if he hit me first, and knocked my eye out and I was thinking about an eye for an eye, I just might knock his out, too.
Actually I'm an athiest, and so lost parts of the bible, while interesting, don't rule my actions.
It it sounds like you an athiest, too. But that's the dumbest question I've read all day. I'm almost embarrased to answer it, but what the heck. It is 2 points.

Hypothetically speaking, I think that that would be an indication why the "part" was "lost" in the first place. It obviously wouldn't belong in the Cannon, and need not be obeyed.

No.
The Bible is a collection of the wisdom of a people, which is what makes it valuable to me. Its a story of people writing about their experiences with God, not God writing his rules down.
So, if the Bible said something so horrific to my morals and ethics, I would not have a problem saying to myself "Okay. This is one of those areas where I belive people 2-6,000 years ago went terribly wrong.

First of all, this "lost" part of the Bible would have to be scrutinized for authenticity; a canonization process. Secondly, it wouldn't pass the test because it doesn't fall in line with Biblical teaching.
The question itself is flawed.

No, you don't need a Bible to know it's wrong to hit anybody (not only Jews).

The current bible is all we need for that... Jesus said :
Luke 19:27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
Christians are supposed to kill all non-christians before Jesus... it says so in their already perfect and complete bible.

No. This is contrary to the teachings of Christ. The gospel of Jesus Christ is easily found line upon line, precept upon precept, so learn the principles. Jesus taught Love thy neighbor John 13: 34-35
