Guess what... I think I know the answer... Remember the actual cost for the food is £25, so per person the cost will be £8.33....but the thing is the waiter gave them back £ 9 per person, that means that he is giving extra £0.33 for each of the fellas...that is why the £1 is gone missing yaa...

There is no missing money. The till woman discovered the meals totaled $25.00 not $30.00 or $27 (as 9 x 3 would make). Nice try!!!!
