I always go alone because I don't have a boyfriend. I'm just plain Jane but it won't stop that inner wildcat girl from happening during prom night.

I took my best friend who is also a girl with me to my grad because I didn't have a date..... and I probably had way more fun than I would have if I had gone with some random guy anyways. There's nothing wrong with going alone, as long as you show on your face that you feel comfortable being there even without a date. If you feel like everyone's judging you and you're feeling awkward the whole time, guaranteed you will not have a good time. But if you're a good sport about it and look like you're comfortable, there's no reason why you shouldn't have an awesome night! Happy graduation

You are never alone when you go to a prom! I mean do you think that you're the only one that doesn't have a prom date! Heck no.

You'll be surprised how many there will be. You may go alone to the prom but you may find someone to go home with..so to speak.

After all...they are are your friends!

Get up and go! You'll be glad you went... believe me!

I went alone because my date was In the military and got shipped out shortly before prom day. Why miss it its a celebration of your accomplishments. I had other friends who also went alone we had a blast and I wouldn't change it for anything in fact I had a hard time remembering whats his faces name when I started writing this, but I do remember the great day.

I went to the prom alone.
I was touring with a Rock Band and was doing home school.
I didn' t really know any of the girls at my school
I almost ask a few of the older girls I toured with to go with me.
But I didn't
I had a very good time. It surprised me how many guys and gals went without dates.

I went to my 9th grade dance with my girlfriend when we were both single. I wore a tux and she wore lace. We danced all night and had a blast! But that's easy when you're a female, LOL!

I would absolutely not miss out on any opportunity to dance if you enjoy it. There will be others there who don't have dates that you can dance with. As long as you're confident enough to have fun no matter who you're with, people will respect you and enjoy your company. And you never know, you might just meet a lovely new prospect there!

I didn't go alone, but I did go with a group of girls... I know some people think that I might as well say that I went alone, but we acted silly and danced with each other (even on slow songs) before we decided to leave early.

Yup, me. My ex dumped me 3 weeks before the prom and I was not going to let that get me down. I went there and danced, had fun just to spite him!

I didnt go to my Jr. Prom but I did go to my Sr. Ball...with my brother (hes 2 yrs older than me).
My b/f thought going to the dance would be stupid.
I had more fun that night with my brother than I could imagine with loser b/f.
