What do you think of the phrase true love waits? If a girl wanted to wait for quite awhile to have sex would you stay with her? and second part of the question do you think sex is such an essential part of a relationship that for you to love a girl you'd have to be sleeping with her already?

True love waits- what is it waiting for? if it is there, it is there. If a girl wanted to wait for awhile its fine with me. Is sex essential part of relationship? Yeah it is only if i was married to that person. Otherwise it is not a requirement lol. I dont need to sex my whole life but there is some experience in that, that is nonreplaceable.

That phrase isn't always true. it should be true love should always wait. I lost the love of my life because we didn't wait. Sex is not essential its a perk in a relationship really, a physical way to express your love for someone else. I would stay with her and wait without a doubt knowing what it has cost me.

It always takes a long time for a couple to know whether it is true love between them or not. So true love has to be patient.
I would stay with a girl if she wants to wait for a while to have sex.
Sex is one of the most important elements to keep the relationship stayed healthy. However I can wait.

if i truly cared for this woman, of course i would wait until she was ready.
now, for the second part of your question. i think sex is a big part of a relationship. it doesn't have to be the most important. i think communication is #1, but sex can be great also. just keep the communication going and i think the two of you can handle the waiting and enjoy the sex when your ready. good luck

Okay, it depends on the guy and how much the guy knows his self. Me personally it is an essential because if she is having sex with me then i kno for a sure fact that i would never cheat on her. But if she wasn't than i would be tempted if i got into a situation.I would stay with the girl if she would do it in less than 5 months.

Second part, I think for you to have sex with someone, you should love them first. Not the other way around.

if i love a girl, of course i would wait for her til she's ready. secondly, a relationship composes of emotional and physical commitment in order to run it smoothly.. sex for sometime is also essential.. sometimes that would harden your relationship.
