Well, the best way to learn pidgin is to talk to locals. But if you can't do that...here's a good website where you can learn (and hear) pidgin:

It lists conversational pidgin phrases and if you click on the speaker icon by the phrase, you can hear a pronunciation. Just remember to sound "rough" when you speak, because if you sound like you're trying too hard, it won't sound like real pidgin, it'll sound like you're trying to make fun of pidgin.

Yeh, just take the English language, get really wasted drunk, then you have pidgin. Why would anyone want to destroy anything sober?!
