The council of Jerusalem gave validity to the ecumenical council,in which all the bishops of the world meet in union with the bishop of Rome to deliberate,clarify,study and enact decrees pertaining to the life and belief of the Church.It also validated local,provincial and regional councils of bishops.

Counsil?? dont know....i think the temple and the lost tribes must be back in place to trigger apocolypse, no?
