Your weight does not seem to be high but it is understandable for anyone to want to look better. Best thing to do is to work out and start eating healthier. You shouldn't worry so much about your weight and worry more about how you look and how healthy you are. There are some people who weigh 80 pounds but are nothing but 80 pounds of fat; and yet others weigh 200 but are 200 pounds of muscle.
If you work out you may look thinner but be gaining weight this is because muscle weighs more than fat. Don't worry about your weight worry about your health. These are secrets which keep me fit and healthy.

Try to follow the food pyramid...its on the back of most cereal boxes. If you follow this you will realize you will be eating less because when you need to eat 6 servings of fruit you get filled pretty quick.

Also follow serving sizes on packages. If it says one serving is 4 cookies you should eat 4 cookies.

Work out. Get a personal trainer. Or ask someone who knows what they are doing. Don't strain yourself because that is always worse.

And try to give yourself a little leeway. If you want an extra cookie, and extra fruit give it to yourself. If your still hungry always eat. If your hungry it is because your body needs it.

Lies like carbs being bad for you is not true. Humans need carbs to function. Especially for brain power. You don't want to be a beautiful retard right!...You just need to do everything in moderation. Remember don't drink alcohol either because those drinks are not necessary and add to excess fat.

Remember your health should always be a priority. Imagine if the person closest to you were to become very sick. It's always scary when our lives are in danger so don't put your own in danger.

Stay healthy!

Food is energy. You need to eat food. If you are having hungry pains, eat small meals more freqently.

Don't worry about JUST the numbers (which by the way you are on the low side, for your age and height you could GAIN 20 and still be considered healty)

More than half the time you think your body is craving food it's actually craving water. Especially for your weight and height range you should try replacing those small snacks between meals with a big glass of water.

You can not quit eating. You will die. If your looking to loose weight exercise more and quit looking at the scale. Judge your body by the way it looks not how much it weighs. Light weghts, walking and yoga will give you the same desired effect as not eating, you just have to work at it. When you stop eating are try to fast for to long your body stars shutting/breaking down.

Try to eat less carbs because they make you feel hungry on the long run. Eat more protien rich foods such as meat, chicken, fish, cheese (but not too much), and vegetables. This will supress your appetite and you will eat less.

Use your mind against itself. Start a massive battle inside your own head and don't stop the war until the thin side has won.

You can try to chew gum when you want to eat something. But your young and you still have time to grow. So I wouldn't worry about it.
