On Jan 5, 2003, my doctor showed me a picture of Fred - the 2-3 inch tumor in my colon that had punched through the wall of the organ and was hemorraging. Due to that hemorraging, I was extraordinarly anemic and about 3 weeks from bleeding to death. So needless to say, not a funny question any more than asking if being felt up would cause breast cancer. Cancer is nothing joke about this way jerk. Get a grip

Farts are just a bunch of gases that have no other way to come out but through your anus.. So what you're actually doing is you're literally holding air from coming out of your anus with the control of your external anal sphincter. So, I'm logically concluding that that does not cause cancer. I hope that helps. :)
