I have really liked this guy for a bit over a year now. When I first started liking him, after maybe two months, he started dating one of my friends. After that, they broke up in a couple more months. I still liked him. Then, after a while he started being real nice to me to get my attn. I was glad, esp. when I later found out that he had liked me too before he started dating this other girl. I've been really shy around him. But, now he started dating recently another girl (his bestfriends ex). So I know he liked me but why does he keep going off and dating these other girls while I have been sitting around waiting for him like a lame goose? Should I just go all out and tell him that I like him? but, I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable esp. now that he has a gf. I really want to make this work somehow b/c I like him a lot! plus no offense but the girl he is dating is a ***** when I'm really nice. How can he go for girls that are so different? I am so confused...

During this lull between girlfriends when he was being nice and said he liked you was their any kissing and/or sex? If their was kissing he would have stuck around to continue a closer relationship. If there was sex he would definitly wouldn't have started up with a new girl. If ther ewas sex and he moved on to this new girl anyway, then you should forget him, you don't need a guy like that.
You mentioned being shy around him... that shyness may have made you miss the window of opportunity you had before he got involved with this new girl. Guys hate getting mixed signals, there's nothing more annoying than waiting for a girl to make up her mind about whether or not there's going to be a sexual relationship. Your shyness may have come across as not being serious about a relationship, so he moved on.
If your lucky, he'll eventually break up with this other girl and you'll have another shot. Until the break up stay friends and make sure he still likes you, when the break up happens get over your shyness and let him know how you feel, that you want to go out with him, and that you want to be more than friends. If he likes you, like you said, then he should give you a chance.

The writing is on the wall. He likes you, but can not remain true to you because you have your standards and he knows this and respects you for it, but he still wants his cake.....so this is why he goes out with other girls.
He is not ready to be a couple. I really can not give you an answer about your question about telling him how you feel. That is your own decision.
There a a lot of fish in the sea, and one will come along and respect you for who you are. Let this guy go. Looser thumbs down... all the way.

Girl your problem sounds like mine. You want to know why he goes around you and goes straight for these other girls?? EVEN if he genuinely likes you?? Because they put out and you don't, plain and simple! :)

hmmm...either he likes u and he's wastin his time on other girls cuz he's not sure about ur feelings......orrrr he doesnt like u and he's just playin u...so i would somehow let him know....like i would say something like lets hang out...oh, i dont want ur gf to get mad tho....in that ....certain tone haha i dunno. thats what i would do and see if he really likes his gf or he's just stayin busy
