If I like the guy then I wouldn't care about what he wears. I don't think any jewellery would make a guy more or less attractive to me, but I can't imagine how annoying it would be to kiss a guy with a lip ring. I don't mind if he wears a ring or a necklace though. :)
P.S. To the guy that said "They look freakish, unnatural, and stupid." that was so mean and you shouldn't be so judgemental! Maybe they are trying to stand out for a reason, but you can't judge anyone unless you live a day in their shoe. I'm 21 and I have no tattoos (I don't intend on getting any) and I only have my ears pierced, but I still feel so offended by what you said.

Some might, but this one definately doesn't. Random piercings send a warning of infection and a need to be seen. Love the lips that God gave you.

I asked my wife and she gagged. In her words, "Lip rings, tattoos, unnatural piercings, and shocking hair are all desparate attempts by people who don't really anything of value to offer to the world to try and draw attention to themselves. They look freakish, unnatural, and stupid. I never, EVER thought things like that were in the least bit appealing. They are the trappings of the loser."

No No No No nononononononoonononon they are gross...and it makes kissing that much harder. eww eww eww and if they get infected they are really feral......i don't like oiercings on guys it is unneccessary specialy tongue and lips ewww :-)

it really depends on the girl.if it's like punk-rocker kind of girl, i guess she will find it attractice...or maybe rebels 2....but if it's like, a girl-next-door kind of girl (boy that sounded redundant..lol),perky or really girly kind of gal, she would probably find it gross...so there you go
