Working two jobs can actually be an advantage here. Work routines tend to force you to structure your day so that you have set-aside times for eating. Try to eat a small meal roughly every two to three hours (this "meal" can be something simple like a sandwich or a piece of fruit) to maintain stable blood sugar levels and thereby combat the cravings for higher calorie foods. Attempt to make better food choices: An apple has greater nutritional value than a candy bar, and packing along tea bags or a thermos of milk gives you a better alternative to sodas. Yogurts come in small containers and make a good choice as a snack, as do breakfast bars and bagels. If your employer will let you, pack a small cooler with an assortment of goodies such as these, and endevor to choose from these rather than rely on vending machines in the break room. Not only will you save money in the long run, but you may wind up several hundred calories per day lower than normal--which will allow for gradual weight loss. Eating smaller meals also allows for more free time during lunch breaks, during which you can take small walks.
During any free time you find that you have, take a few moments to do any sort of no-equipment excercise that you can think of: Push ups, crunches, deep-knee bends, and the like. Don't try to cram an entire workout into this time (you'll just find yourself rushed, and soon be making excuses not to do anything); just pick a movement and do a few sets. If you have a half-hour or so, take a short walk. The idea is to get creative and work some activity into a typical day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator--even if for only a floor or two. Park further away from the store so that you have to walk. Take the kids to a park every now and then (many parents use the kids as an excuse not to excercise--yet children open quite a few new doors if you're willing to be creative). At a weight loss of two pounds a week, you'll hit your ten-pound goal in a single month--not too shaby, considering how fast time can fly by.
Good luck, and have fun!

Short of starving yourself (really not recommended!) there is no easy way in losing weight.
However if you're not gonna exercise then you should at least have a well balanced and proper diet which can help.
Cut back on sugar, junkfood, alcohol
eat 6 small meals a day (increase metabolism)
easting less does the opposite since it'll cause you to lose weight.
I would also recommend reading the articles at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ in the losing fat section
good luck

stop drinking coffee. it will prevent the excess formation of cortisol that blocks fat burning and you will lose 7 lbs automatically.
