If you are into VERBS, then yes. You can commit the act of taking the blood pressure of anything. However, if there's no blood, then it's not blood pressure you can measure.

And it won't fluctuate. It will take on whatever pressure you apply to the Baumanometer until it crushes and oozes out either side of the cuff. Then you can clean it with antiseptic wipes if you still feel like playing doctor with your veggies.
