I have this colleague who is younger than me by 3 years.
I caught him looking at me several times.
He always refused to answer me verbally whenever I'm talking to him, only gave me a smile while he is very comfortable with talking to other people.
All the obvious signs are there so i know for sure that he likes me.
But recently, his friend told me i intimidated him too much and it really does seem that he's scared of me. All i did was to chat with him, you know? How scary was that?
Anyway, he has been avoiding me and stuff like that. I still catch him looking at me whenever i walked past but i don't talk to him anymore.
So what i wanna know is that ... Has he completely stopped liking me already?

All of you don't encourage me to go into a relationship with him :)
But none really answered my question...
It's ok anyway, I never wanted to be with him. We don't suit each other. Just wanna know what he's really thinking..

He is probably the passive type. You probably did scare him somewhat. Do you have a forward nature? Consider his position.

Move on sounds like hes to immature for a real relationship anyway unless you really really like him then just ask him what he's all about. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time there are no shortage of great guys out there who dont like playing games and I just feel life's to short for all the b.s.
