Go volunteer at the Red Cross or local shelter. If you love animals get involved in rescue work. You will find that you are taken out of your depression a lot because you are helping others and thinking of them. They will be so grateful to you.
The people who you work with will invite you to share in their hobbies. Take them up on it, go all the time, you will find a whole new world.
And don't say you're not good at anything. That is a lie straight from the devil. God made you. He made you perfectly and loves you perfectly. It is through us not being that great ourselves that the talents that God gave us begin to shine.
Girl, let your light shine!

I really like wildmedics' idea!

Also meds for depression can take several weeks to kick in. If you've been on them more then 6 weeks then go back to Doc. You may need a different kind of a different strength.

Don't stop taking them cold turkey, the rebound from doing that can make you feel worse then you did in the first place.

good luck babe

One has to find out himself as to what hobby he shud cultivate. Hobbies are not necessarily expensive. Learn the art of relaxation and ur vision about urself and the things around will become clearer when u can choose what is good for u. Medication is only for temporary relief.
