Notice all of the KJVs are small letter gods. They are references to the authority they have over others given by the capital G God (God's representative or viceregent ).
7:1 NIV Then the Lord said to Moses, "See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.
7:1 NAS Then the LORD said to Moses, "See, I make you as God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron shall be your prophet.
In John 10:34, Jesus was in a semantics debate with the jewish religious leaders who feared losing their own influence to Jesus.
I would have to do some study on that one.
But your questions are good ones.

No, neither we nor Moses are gods in the sense that you are asking. "Gods" can refer to those who are placed in positions of authority.
The verse, John 10:34, is a reference to Psalm 82:6 and deals with the Hebrew judges because they were the interpreters of divine law and justice. In other words, they were speaking on behalf of God.
Similarly, the reference you met ion in Exodus 7:1 refers to the fact that Moses had been sent to appear before Pharaoh under the authority of God.
In similar manner, the Psalm 82:6 verse refers to those who sit in judgment of others. Even those these people have been given lofty positions to sit in judgment of others. But, they are not gods in the sense that you mean it.

Keep in mind the ignorance of ancient biblical people. They thought that if a person traveled extremely far and got close to the edge of the Earth, they fell off. If you could be transported back then with a BIC lighter and flicked it. everyone called you God because you could make fire come from your hands while they had to work for 30 min to produce a flame. Religion doesn't want people to realize that biblical people didn't have a clue as to what was really going on. They thought that the Earth was flat.

My Bible says the John reference is actually referring to the one you quoted in Psalms. It is referring to judges or a leader.
Exodus, G-d is stressing that he has made Moses seem godly compared to Pharoah. Moses is clearly not being raised to a god in the L-rd's eye.

It started here:
Genesis 3:4-5
"And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."
But even Jesus says:
“Of myself I can do nothing, the Father, he doeth the work.”

Moses was the instrument of God, I suppose.
It is really hard to make those Old Testament writings relevant today.
Try reading the New Testament

We are not Gods. I think he *considered* them as Gods, because they have the characteristic trait as God. Loving, and have a lot of will. Like for example, God made us right? Well the people he called Gods MADE peace on the land.

No.
When people were referred to as "gods" it was meant as "more powerful than someone else". Moses was given powers by God as a "tool" to glorify Him (God).
No one is equal to God Almighty. Jesus IS God there for they are one in the same.
You must put scripture in context to fully understand it. The meanings of words get misunderstood in translation.
