Today I prayed for god to take away the spasms I was having in my shoulder, and I felt a cooling sensation and the pain was gone. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

Yes in both my knees, left shoulder,and left ankle, but with me it is usually a warm sensation.
I have seen much more then this, and one day I know HE will allow me to witness somebody coming back to life.

All you have to do is walk into any children's hospital to answer your question. There are devout Bible believing Christians sitting there praying there hearts out as I type this watching little children live a short, painful and miserable existence and then dieing.
You'll notice that in every case that people claim that prayer works that it is always something that could have happened or gotten better on it's on. Why has there never been any amputees regrowing limbs? Another point.. If you believe in a god that can answer prayers yet sits idly by while children starve to death..is that a god or a demon you are worshiping? A god will cure your spasms, help a football team to win the game, but allow an innocent child to die? And you would worship such a monster?

Yes, if we ask in faith and believe we can be healed. My best friend just returned from a revival she attended out-of-state. She has had chronic back problems for most of her adult life to the point she was bedridden at times. There was not a day she went without some degree of pain. She came back from the revival lit up brighter than a Christmas tree - almost glowing - and on fire for God. She told me of an experience similar to yours that she had at the revival. She had a complete stranger walk up to her and tell her that God was healing her back. She felt warmth flood her entire body. She has not experienced a moment of pain since that time. It's been a month now. God is still in the miracle working business!

God today does not do miracle healings, in time, Jesus as the King of the Kingdom of God, will heal all mankind under it's rule. Don't forget where the Apostle Paul prayed to God to take away his thorn in the flesh and God's answer was no.

I have seen many people healed with the power of prayer. Even a person with cancer who only had 2 weeks to live was healed when a group of people prayed for her. All things are possible. It is also possible for us to heal ourself with the power that God gave us that is within our own mind. If the mind can make some people sick, it can also heal. No God does not. Either that or God is a very finicky and temperamental God because for every person who thinks they were healed there are hundreds who prayed and asked and were denied. He has not healed me. The doctors are trying to but it is only using the brains god gave them that is having any effect.

Yes he can, if you believe it,you open your mouth and ask, you shall recieve. See how awesome He is to us? When I can't sleep at night I ask Him to provide me w/ rest, when I am feeling a cold coming I ask Him to heal my body and He does. For He said " I can do all things through Christ, by His stripes I am healed." And I just read scripture and speak the scriptures in my life where/when needed to remind myself of what God has said..... Prayer works, let go and let God.
