Use fat burning paces for running or walking (use your heart rate as a guide: http://exercise.about.com/cs/fitnesstools/l/bl_THR.htm) this should help you shift mass without building muscle.

Jogging, running, swimming are all good; try not to work your calves too intensely when you're doing resistance work. Some people naturally have larger calf muscles but this is down to genetics...you may not be able to reduce the size of your calves but you can keep them toned. Make sure you stretch them well regularly (hold each stretch for AT LEAST 20-30secs) concentrating on your calves. Alternatively you could try a yoga or pilates class which helps to lengthen and tone muscles without bulking them up.

Oddly enough, I'd say you need to concentrate on toning your calves rather than trying to avoid working them as the other posters are suggesting. You need to remember that the calf is actually a pair of muscles—the gastrocnemius and soleus. If your calves look 'over-deveoped' because you've been doing too much weight training or running, they probably look rounded and solid. A well-defined calf, however, shows two clearly defined muscles. By separating and defining those two muscles, you will have a lower leg that looks toned and trim, rather than rounded and chunky. I'd suggest that you concentrate on stretching exercises, such as seated calf extensions. Lots of high rep, low weight exercises. If you use low weights you won't build size, you'll just create definition.

Your penis is perfect. Your gene's are your determining factor on your penis and body size. You can do everything every other young man your age can do. Your penis doesn't have to be 10 inches to do it's job. A big penis is what boys and men visualize as being well hung as to say , or more pleasing to their own egos. Every man and boy wants to be perfect in their own image, and in the image of others when they are naked. Believe me we are perfect, don't let any one tell you any different. Nothing you see as far as pills, stretching or surgery will enlarge your penis. These are the biggest false claims going. We have what God intended us to have so we better take care of it and be proud of it. There are those that are less fortunate then our selfs. Good Luck!
