The odds of winning the UK National Lottery, like any lottery are pretty high. The odds of winning it twice in one month, silly.

The UK lottery do not give away free tickets, and do not take your email address when you buy a ticket. Once you have purchased a ticket it is your responsibility to check your numbers. If you don't check them within 180 days you lose your prize.

Since I am guessing you didn't visit the UK and purchase some lottery tickets recently, I guarantee you are not a two time winner.

Even the online game they have available is only available to UK residents and again, the tickets have to be purchased. They don't just give away random money to random people and notify them by email.

Your accountant is quite right. You did not win. Trash the emails. They are from a company trying to scam you out of money and/or personal information.

I've gotten so many of those fake emails saying I've won a UK lottery. Just think of it this way, if you don't enter a lottery, you're not ganna win. People aren't just going to randomly select you to give away millions of dollars(or pounds) to.
