Maybe it's a yin / yang thing. We have the capacity for both good and evil, but some of us lack the strength to suppress our evil urges, or emphasize our loving nature.

It is your own will you know. It depends on how you would use your feelings. I mean, feelings are natural. But if you use your sense of envy and cause harm, then you are considered evil. It is the same the other way.
