1. Bump into him.
2. Wave at him and pretend you think he's someone you know well... but ends up he's not. Then keep talking to him.
3. Compliment him when you walk by.
4. Ask him for the time or a pen or something....
or ask him for a pen and if he has one on him. take it and then ask him for his number. :]
yup any one of these sounds pretty good to me.

Go over and ask for directions to one of the stores. See if he is interested. Ask him where he lives or goes to school. Try to get a conversation started.

pull your shirt a little so that he can see your sholders and maybe a little more and you " accidently bump into him" and " accidently" drop something so you lean over.
