I know I can get a splitter and just run cables all over the place but I am trying to avoid that mess.

No device available. The one main line is attached to the house and splitters are used to distribute additional lines to all rooms to receive cable. You could have the main line run just to the bedroom and nowhere else to avoid clutter. A good electrician could hide the lines and have wall sockets in all the rooms but is expensive - lot of houses and apartments are already pre-wired this way.
