what do Native American's think about us celebrating thanksgiving? is it a sad day for them?

im only asking because a guy from work was talking about it, and i thought id ask. kinda reminds me of black people now compaired to slavery back in the day.

considering not one of them was alive when whites took their land i dont' see what they have to be sad about ~

I am not sure what the Indians' take is on our celebration of Thanksgiving. But we should not just devote our giving thanks to just one day in November. Every day that the Lord blesses us to wake up should be a day of thanksgiving to us. We should also show or appreciation in trying to get along with all people and loving one another. May God Bless

They celebrate it too. It's their country and Thanksgiving also.

i'm native american and it isnt a sad day for me...i dont know about other native americans though

IT IS A DAY OF THANKSGIVING TO GOD FOR A GREAT HARVEST.
NATIVE AMERICANS THAT ARE CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE THANKSGIVING.
