There's some debate about optimal usage of creatine. When using something like creatine monohydrate in powder form, most people "load up" for a week, that is taking an excess of creatine each day. After that, for about two weeks, take it twice a day on workout days (I take some in the morning and after my workout, or in the evening on non workout days). Then for two weeks take one dose per day after you workout, and once in the morning on non workout days. Then cycle off of the creatine for a couple of weeks, since your body gets used to to the creatine and it becomes somewhat ineffective.

Check out this article and the site itself, it has great info:

As a previous distributor of Herb-A-Life vitamins and through personal experience, there is a few more questions that you should answer - How much weight are you wanting to loose and what kind of shape are you in now ... ie ... are you a couch potato? I have had very good success with these vitamins and followed a daily repetitious type workout and resting on the weekends ... and drink plenty of water. Do some Google research on creatine to find out if it is right for you. Also talk with your local Herb-A-Life distributor for more diet information.
