The mother of the bride wears a suit outfit the same color as the bridesmaids and wears a flower from her daughters bouquet as a corsage

There are lots of nice sun dresses that would be great think of what you would wear on vacating to Hawaii and glitz it up a bit with shell accessories. Just don't wear the same colour as the bride and make sure not to over dress her.

Talk to her and ask her what she would like to wear. Go shopping together and find something is flattering, simple and special just for her too.

well definently not a bathing suit (hee hee hee :)
preferably something that's flattering to her, light weight and airy, maybe a sundress or just aa floral swimsuit cover, have fun with it
