It's natural to be jealous in a situation like that. You need to talk to your gf, as the others say. If she loves you she'd understand the way you feel, since it's only b/c you don't want to lose her that you are so jealous right? Also, if circumstances permit, you can try talking to the ex. Don't get personal, and don't be hostile, just ask him to keep his distance, as a favor.

You can either keep her on a leash and never trust her
or you can let her be free and find out she loves you without her having to be in chains. Dont u want to know if she truly loves you? the only way you will know is if you take the chains off and let her freely choose.

Everyone is naturally jealous about something,so you're not alone. You just have to learn how to act on it,or not act I guess.Your best bet would be to not say anything until she gives you a reason not to trust her.Or if you have to, politely explain your feelings but make a point of letting her know you trust her but you just wanted to be honest with her.

There's no rule that says you can't be jealous but jealously is nothing more than insecurity (and lack of trust in the other person)and insecurity is a weakness, women (girls too) don't like weakness in their men. But if you really don't trust her you should talk to her about it. But we don't like not being trusted either, especially if we've given you no reason not to.

You can trust her or you can say something and make things worst and yes.... he is her ex and you should be on your toes ... but at the same time trust her until she gives you a reason not to!

In this case, you have a right to be concerned... If she knows that this bothers you, {as it would anyone}, she should back off from him a bit. Not that ex'es can't be friends.....but most end up in bed again. Fact.

its hard for people to move past their ex's if they're still friends with each other. my guy was still really good friends with his ex, he'd go visit her and everything, which totally bothered the crap outta me! so i told him about it...it was time he let her GO!!! her ex needs to seriously keep his distance, but then again, don't feel so intimidated, she's with you, not him.

Um... it's okay to be jealous just maybe don't take this into your own hands unless its a super strong feeling you have for him. ~Rin

jealousy doesn't solve anything, only makes issues worse; trust and communicate...
