That would make our politicians have a "Bring me Jesus Moment" I can assure you.These people are more afraid of an uneasy citizen group than a possum is of an axe handle,and will act accordingly to their demands.Mass political force is all they ever understand.My only argument is that we as a nation require the rich to fuel our work engines so that we can prosper as a free working people.Poor people have never created jobs,loaned money,any more than a grossly over-weight person can tell you how to loose weight.Our current system of welfare robs the very people its supposed to help of their self respect,and incentive to provide for themselves.Welfare is another form of government control of peoples lives,and future,nothing more.The business of America is business,and that coupled with our ability to create is what has made us the greatest nation in world history.Government control would kill this as sure as I'm writing this.

actually once you are doing yoga then no need to do any type of excrises you can do aasan whice are telling yoga master you can just see aastha channel at 5.30 am n 8 pm with swamy ramdevji. you can visit www.divyayoga.com

Yoga is basically stretching. So you can do it before and after exercise.
