I'm having a problem with my burning program Nero 7 Premium.
I can burn DVD's and make data DVD's no problem, but I can't burn cd's.
Sometmes I'll go through 7 or 8 discs until it finally gets it right.
Is it the programs fault, or should I be using a specific type of CD-R for this version of Nero?
I'm really at my wits end.

I ran into a similar problem with Nero, my version being 6.0, on a factory disk. What I did to fix the problem was to first uninstall the Nero program using the "Add or remove programs" choice from the control panel. Then, I used a program called "Regcleaner" (a free download at the below link) to get rid of any listing for "Ahead" (the maker of Nero) in the registry. That should clean things up. Now, reinstall Nero from your install CD and then try burning the CD's again. Hopefully that'll do the trick. Good luck.
