i've been working out and doing a lot of exercises these past few weeks. however, i've been noticing huge, and i mean huge, acne blemishes on the side of my face. it is like four pimples close together. i use my shirt to wipe sweat and and i sweat a lot. could that be why i'm breaking out? i haven't been eating that healthy either, but isn't bad. i've been drinking soda though.
how do i get rid of thses huge pimples in two days? i drank a lot of water today, but i think i may have over washed my face. what should i do and how would i prevent future break outs?

i do use and have proactiv.
however, it doesn't seem to be very effective.

Keep a clean towel with you while working out and only use the towel to wipe the sweat from your face-- your tshirt probably had a gadzillion germs on it and you rubbed them all over your face--Proactiv works great on acne- and you may be developing it because of the profuse sweating-- Two days? - get pimple cream at the drugstore and use it as directed, that will dry them out for you- but if you see a persistent problem - get proactiv- it really works!

I would suggest use toothpaste to get rid of it but only in the areas where you really need it.keep using i would say twice a day until gone.you should cut back on soda for a while too.only drink water for a couple of day then you can go back to drinking soda and whatever it is but always keep water on you. you have to eat other wise who knows what might happen. you may pass pout while working out. Also carry around a towel with you while you workout that way you don't keep wiping layer after layer of sweat off of your face.
this may help you some.it has for me but everyone is different.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

do not use your shirt to wipe your face, after you work out wash your face with soap and water and follow with a mild astringent. do not touch those pimples it will make them worse. buy an over the counter acne medication.

first of all don't over wash your face it only makes the acne worse. try using a mild cleanser for the acne and you could apply a a face mask that dries pimples at night

Try Clearasil on the spot treatment for now,it should help dry them out.It probably is from your sweat so in the future you should probably maybe rinse your face with water and dry it instead of using your shirt.

Go to your local drugstore and get one of those Overnight Zit Spot treatments. I know Clean&Clear makes a good one. Sleep with the spot treatment on your zit all night to dry it out. In the morning it won't be as red and as gross looking. Then, cover it with foundation. Good luck!

Dont worry just PRESS it and put a lots of alcohol on it(use 70% alcohol antiseptic)with the help of cotton buds then after 2 days it will vanished...he he he.....Thats only the way.....
