Watch for these signs:
difficulty breathing
red streaks around the area you got stung
swelling
nausea / vomiting
headache
intense itching or extreme pain or burning sensation that doesn't let up
If you are experiencing these, then go to the ER right away. If it just hurts some and is a little red, try this:
put ice on the area
take advil to reduce pain and inflammation
take benadryl to reduce itching and allergic reactions
If you see the stinger, carefully remove it with tweezers
some people will tell you to make a paste out of baking soda and water and place it on the area to "draw out" the poisen......it won't hurt you if you do this.
Go to your doctor if it becomes very red, swollen, has pus or other drainage coming out of it, is warm to the touch, if you have a temp. over 100, or if it just doesn't heal.
Good luck!

You should be just fine, unless you've suffered complications from a bite/sting before. Use something like a credit card etc. to scrape across the bite to remove any potential left over stinger. Make yourself a paste of baking soda with a little water and put it on top of the affected area; this will help draw out the poison and ease the sting. Let that sit on for awhile then run cool water over the area to wash away the paste and poison. The swelling should go down after awhile, especially if you keep the area under the cool water. If you start to feel light in the head, short of breath etc.. seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY!

If it burned a lot it was likely a hornet nasty little critter hurt like..well you know...you didn't say how long it'd been since you were stung but if you hadn't noticed any generalized swelling (other than where you got stung), problems breathing, nausea that kind of thing you'll be fine if a little tender

lol, you don't need to look cute playing soccer. I like John Frieda frizz ease. Its a cream. And you can use a serum for shine which should keep the frizzies down but if you are sweating your hair is going to frizz. Do a deep conditioner once a week because straightening is rough on your hair and it may be weak and breaking. To keep my hair straight I put my hair in a low down bun. It stretches my hair straighter and you don't get the ponytail hump.

if you don't have any shortness of breath, or extreme swelling I would think you'd be OK. If you've had reactions to bee stings before and know that your allergic, then you should get it checked out.

As long as you are not allergic, you will be fine. And trust me you would know by now. I am allergic. The last time I got bit by mosquitos, my feet swelled up and I couldn't put my shoes on.

I should say so. You are in big trouble. That Wasp's mother has been looking for it all afternoon. You just wait till she talks to your mother.
PS, if you are not dead yet you are fine.

If you don't have an allergy, you will be fine. Odds are, since you didn't start to itch or swell up, you don't have an allergy.
