why are my teeth falling out? Should I start brushing them more often. I guess there really is no point now, since I only have 4 left....

That sounds like a joke, I sure hope it is because if it's not.....wow is all I can say and do brush whatever ones you have left.

u cn still use your 4 teeth as abutments for a denture if they are healthy... Falling out ? do u mean mobility? Generally if u had gingivitis and u ignored it, it progressed to periodontitis , which is the infalmmation of the ligaments that cushioning your teeth before the bone .. teeth becomes mobile and start to get out of their socket if left untreated.

AT THIS POINT, I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER FULL DENTURES CONSIDERING ALL THE MISERY YOU'VE HAD TO PUT UP WITH OVER THE YEARS.
