And just how did your dog tell you it has a belly ache? Did not furnish much info here for any real help!
If you are assuming it is a stomach situation due to swollen belly or problems with stool then most will advise as I am to make a vet appointment and get treated properly.
Yes, after the vet sees he might prescribe Pepto Bismol but there are more specific meds for specific stomach related problems. Worms can cause bloating, nasty stool, bloody stool, not eating well, etc.
An intestinal blockage is a serious situation. Rawhihdes treats are a big culprit.
So, you can't do really anything for the "belly ache" you have diagnosed. Call your vet Monday.

Forget all the home remedies voodoo and witchcraft if your dog has a bellyache you should be calling the vet. Stop people advised giving your dog meds DON'T give your dog any meds without first consulting with a vet. First thing in the morning call your vet.

Boiling oatmeal until it is practically unrecognizable- let it cool and let the dog eat it. Oddly enough they always do, it stops the runs or any other stomach problem they may have.

I was always told to feed dogs with upset stomachs rice and hamburger mixed together... I never understood it but it works. make them separately and drain the grease form the hamburger then mix them together and give some to your dog.

What did your dog eat? Watch your dog and then report it to the vet.

You dog may have eaten something he shouldn`t have and could have a bowel obstruction if he is in very much pain. Please read this for other problems that could cause a belly ache.

Boil a ginger root in water for your dog and have them drink the cooled broth (if you can get them to drink it).
