Ok...this is my area of expertise! I love a nice White Zinfandel if your looking for wine. In the case of Champagne...go with any kind of Spumante. Liquor....lately I'm into a well mixed Vodka Cherry Sour. If your looking for a highball Jack and coke. ANother good vodka drind is Raspberry Stoli and 7up. Beer is not my favorite but my favorite beer is Coors Lite.

They're called Skip and go Naked.
Take 1 can of frozen concentrate of pink lemonade, but only use 1/3 of the can. Put in blender, add 1/4 cup vodka, 1/3 can beer, and top off with ice and blend. Mmmm.
