I've had my bikini area lasered, and I found it works pretty well. It's not a permanent 100% removal, but rather it's a reduction in the amount of hair present. It will take about 4-6 treatments, depending on how coarse the hair is you want removed. The parts that have been treated will not grow back, they are effectively dead. But since your hair grows in cycles, there will be hair that are not going to be treated every time. So it'll take a while. It does hurt, but only for a few minutes while you're being lasered, kind of like waxing, except not nearly half as painful. I live in Canada as well, and to have my bikini area done cost about $600. You can get shoulders and full back for about $600 first treatment, and then $500 for each subsequent treatment. It is not cheap, but if you have the money to spend, go for it. I'd say it's totally worth it. Go in and ask for a consultation. They'll go over cost, if you're a good candidate for treatment, everything you need.

Laser is a permanent "HAIR REDUCTION", a very expensive procedure you should have at least 6 treatments to make and not guaranteed that after that treatment your hair will be gone.
You could be a good candidate to have laser if you have a coarse black hair, but if your hair is fine and blond forget about it, you will spend all your money but be disappointed not to get the result. Just to give you an idea of the price full legs and bikini will cost you $399.00 Can. only for one session. Why I know this is how I charge my client.

I'm in the process of getting my underarms lasered. It is expensive though and can take a few sessions to kill the hair. In the longterm though i'll never have to wax or shave again! So i definately think it's worth it. It does hurt a bit though. The hotness of the laser is like a pin ***** and they also blow cold air on your skin to slightly numb it which can ache a bit, but it doesn't last long.

laser is VERY expensive and it's not guaranteed to be permanent. I haven't had it done but I've looked into it a lot. I live in hte us so I'm not sure what pricing is in canada, but I'm sure it's still expensive. I plan on getting this and I'd recommend it to you as well, the reviews seem pretty good and supposedly it's better than laser. plus it's a lot cheaper. it's all on the site.

Laser hair removal is “permanent” hair removal method but it is expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
